Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in this role, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
-Contributes to the achievement of HML business target: To acquire new HML cases from on-site sales activities and channels developed by HML BD team. Following up HML referrals from DSF or other business functions. To conduct the daily activity management to well plan and review the business achievements against target;
-Contribute to the improvement of customer experience and strengthened market competitiveness
-Delivery satisfactory HML sales and service quality by making sure of high quality HML documentation, and closely follow-up of the approval and drawdown of each case.
-Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
-To proactively acquire new HML cases under the market with fierce competition and bank’s conservative credit policies
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-With 0-2 years’ working experience, sales or channel development experience is preferred
-Knowledge of HML products, credit policies and HML business process
-Sound knowledge of various forms of banking products & services
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong presentation and sales skills
-Customer service orientation
