We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Counter Officer NJX NJN. In this role, you will: · To ensure that adequate cash is maintained in the office at all times within the office’s cash holding limit; · To deliver cash floats to tellers against their signed cash receipts and acknowledge excess cash returned by tellers by countersigning the cash receipts after counting; · To counter-ensure the accurate payments of notes to/from customers if it is exceeding teller limit; · To record amount of cash delivered to/returned by tellers for day-end balancing of the cash position in the vault at branch level; · To handle cash shipment booking with Local Bank; · To handle customer’s cash booking. · To ensure all transactions over counter are compliant with both regulations and internal requirement · To ensure counter operation team to deliver high quality customer service To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: · Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state); · At least 3 years’ counter service experiences, with supervisory experience preferred; · Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guidelines; · Strong sense of responsibility; · Good communication skills; · Be able to work under pressure. http://www.hsbc.com.cn/1/2/careers-cn HSBC takes pride in a diverse and inclusive working environment that sees our people benefit from mentoring, flexible working and the support of Employee Resource Network Groups.
