main job responsibilities:

  introduce clients to counters
  introduce clients to pro or pra
  solve different kinds of problems of clients such as problems on atms,etc.
  get familiar with the whole business of hsbc
  assist the counter services and pro services
  helps to deal with tasks of counters and back office

requirements:

no major limits
good at both written and oral english
have a strong sense of responsibility and customer services
have a nice presentation
