Job duties: To handle office administration work including telephone operator, filing, faxing, correspondence, and paper work. To handle outward TT/DD operation in accordance with the SAFE regulations. To assist counter team in providing outstanding customer service and pick up customer’s phone call & answer customer’s simple enquiries when counter staff is busy. To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service Always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior.
Job requirements: College degree or above Strong sense of responsibility Be careful and quick to ensure the work is closely followed and completed in time Good communication and interpersonal skill Good command of spoken English and PC knowledge Nice personality Be able to work under pressure
