We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Call Center Agent. In this role, you will:
To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to (potential) customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
To explore new business opportunity and generate appointment leads therefore, for the branch colleagues to convert the leads into successful sales
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Diploma degree or above(recognized by the state)
Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
Call Center experience (including Inbound and Outbound) is a plus
Fluent spoken English and mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
Logical thinking and good presentation
Basic PC knowledge
Flexibility to turn the day and night shift
